Bogdan Filip  is a Director Of Photography and Photographer, with more than 15 years experience as a DOP, lighting and shooting commercials, documentaries , television programmes and music videos for a variety of international brands and artists.


François Zaïdi

François Zaïdi is a french Live TV director as well as a fiction director, producer and post specialist. His passion with pictures began very early and he takes his first argentic pictures around 10, then discovered video shortly after. Once graduated, he began to work professionally as an assistant editor, then as an editor, embracing the upcoming online editing technologies. He started live multicamera directing in 2000 in a Local TV,then worked for Disney before his freelancing debut in 2005. In 2013, he created his own company, Gigowatt Film, to go back to his first love: fiction. He directed and produced several shorts as well as a feature documentary, while still having a carreer as a multicamera director. He has currently finished working on the preparation of his first fiction feature, “Chaleurs”.

Augustin Pop

Animator since 2006 in a lot of famous romanian projects like “Animat Planet Show” that were leader of TV primetime for 7 seasons. Animator for feature, music, commercial and explainer videos. Owner and founder of ‘Le Jacques’ Shadow Theatre Company. Owner at Popixar Studios, studio that is promising to bring live action mixed with animation movies on the screens. Graduated Theatre and Film University in Bucharest (2000-2004) and the master degree in Directing Animated Theatre (2004-2006). Experience as actor in movies and theatre, musician and puppeteer.


stefan crisanȘtefan Crișan

Music producer, sound designer, foley artist, Ștefan Crișan started his musical activity in 1995, before going to study Photo-Video at Cluj-Napoca Art University. His musical background includes collaborations with different Romanian bands and musicians, radio producing, advertising and film. He has been involved in the Romanian success Restul e tăcere by Nae Caranfil and won a Gopo award for best sound. Besides studio activity, Ștefan Crișan has been busy with his personal musical project, Bubblebun.  


Bogdan Zelinschi

Chemistry graduate at the University of Bucharest, has been working as an illustrator and motion designer since his college years in the early 2000s. In  2007  he joined the Studioset team in the VFX department where he has been working until the present day. Bogdan’s portofolio is quite diverse, ranging from advertising to music videos and art projects, in film and animation, as well as in print. His experience includes video compositing, special effects and motion graphics.


Sorin BaicanSorin Baican

Sorin is a highly passioned/experienced film editor, contributing to films such as “The Shukar Collective Project” directed by Matei Mocanu or the Silver Bear awarded “When I want to whistle, I whistle” directed by Florin Serban, awarded short films (“Muzica in sange” directed by Alexandru Mavrodineanu) or TV shows (X Factor). He is the co-founder of Studioset, a full-house production company based in Bucharest (http://studioset.tv/) known for its highly innovative cinematic and commercial projects. In the recent years, he activates extensively as an audio-visual producer within the Studioset creative playground, aiming constantly to discover new talents that have a voice in the audio-visual field.


Alexandru Crăciun
Film producer. His activity includes short and feature films like “4:15 The End of The World”, directed by Gabi Virginia Șarga & Cătălin Rotaru – nominated at Cannes for Best Short Film, in the section Palme D’Or (2016), also awarded with Special Jury Prize at Sarajevo Film Festival (2016); “Brother’s Keeper”, directed by Ferit Karahan – awarded with the Fipresci prize at Berlinale (2021), in the Panorama section.

Born in the UK Damian is now based in Bucharest and working as a director and creative head at Studioset.Specialised in animation and craft Damian’s portfolio of work includes award winning short films, commercials, fashion films, and music videos. Having studied as an Architect in London before making the transition to film he has an in depth knowledge of the postproduction process and has explored various visual mediums.


Radu Munteanu

Born in 1984, in the city of Piatra Neamt. After highschool, Radu studied film directing in Bucharest (2003-2007) at the recommendation of his mentor, Sergiu Nicolaescu. He collaborated as director and producer with different projects and directors, including short and feature films. The last project in which he was involved as co-producer, feature film “Billion Star Hotel”, recorded over 50 selections and 15 awards in film festivals around the world. Since 2015 he is the founder and director of Bucharest Short Film Festival, The Black Sea Film Festival and co-founder & director of Transilvania Shorts.
